Privacy

Short version: we keep what you give us. Your email if you join early access, and what you say or type to our AI agents. We use it to run and improve Collision Intelligence and to contact you. We don't sell it.

Early access

When you join the list: your email address, and your shop name if you typed one on the page. We also keep the time and your IP address to stop spam. We use it to contact you about early access.

Typing to an agent

Questions you type are processed by AI to write the answer. We keep a log of each question, the shop name you typed and the story you asked about, if any. We keep a scrambled code made from your IP address to stop abuse, not the address itself.

Talking to an agent

Voice calls are recorded and transcribed. We keep the transcript, a short summary of the call, and any details you give the agent, such as your name, phone number, vehicle, damage and a good time to call. We use your IP address only to limit how many calls start from one place; we don't store it with the call.

Where it is kept

On the secure services that run this site and our agents. We don't share it with anyone else.

What stays in your browser

The shop name you type to preview the page is remembered in your own browser so the page stays personalised. It is sent to us only with a sign-up or a typed question.

Please don't share

Card numbers, passwords or anything sensitive in a chat or a call. The agents never need them.

Removing your details

Email filip@scaletapp.com and we'll delete them, including your chats and call transcripts.
